Commercial Electrical testing should be conducted every five years to establish that your wiring is in good condition and meets the required wiring regulations. Domestic dwellings require testing every 10 years.
At HMS Facilities, our team of NICEIC qualified Electricians will thoroughly check the wiring and electrical installations at your commercial or domestic premises. An EICR, Electrical Installation Condition Report, will be conducted to identify any defects and wear to determine whether the installations meet the latest industry safety standards. Any remedial action will be reported and undertaken swiftly to ensure your compliance.
The EICR checks will include the condition of wiring and devices at your property, fixed wiring, switches and sockets, distribution board and any outdoor installations. On completion of the tests, you will be issued the Electrical Installation Condition Report. If any elements are noted as unsatisfactory, we will work with you to remedy the issues and re-test. Once the condition is satisfactory, we will issue the certificate.
